In case anybody forgot which college they were attending during remote learning, workers on Thursday, December 3rd, were hanging a new sign in big, bright, blue letters on the Education Collaborative Building, above and to the east of the Student Services Center. The project was finished in short order, and visible in finished form by the next day, Friday.
In a long distance shot of EC Building, a sculpture, “Continuum,” by Cynthia Barber is visible. According to Barber, the abstract acrobats in the sculpture are a metaphor for the learning process, balancing the knowledge base of the past with new information.
The crane was supplied by Frank’s Supply Company, Inc., of Albuquerque.
